Warranty Terms & Condition

The warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the Widzet products only and is non- transferable.

The warranty service is limited to Repair or replacement of the product & is on the sole discretion of Widzet.

Proof of Purchase is required to be presented for availing warranty services.

To register your complain kindly contact us on 8882132132 or register your complain at widzet.com. The Customer service team will guide you for the required solution, however, if the issue is not resolved over the call/email we will arrange to pick up the device from your address for required rectification. In case of non availability of pickup facility in any particular location, you are requested to self ship the product within 2 days of support request. An amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed towards the self-shipment cost in the form of a coupon code (coupon code applicable only on   Widzet.com) .Tracking details (AWB/Courier Company Name) should be shared with Widzet customer service team. Widzet will not be responsible for any loss/damages during transit under self ship condition.

Widzet obligation under this warranty shall be limited only to provide repairs & rectification of the fault reported. In case the replacement of the device is being made, subject to the sole discretion of Widzet, the replacement will be done with equivalent condition device only (with or without gift box & accessories).

Widzet shall not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life, injuries, loss of any kind of data, images, etc arising directly or indirectly out of any defect in the Widzet products.

Widzet shall not cover any liability /claim pertaining to any kind of rashes/skin allergy due to usage of product nor will be able to provide any repair/replacement support for such issues.

While the company will make every effort to carry out repair at the earliest, we would like to make it expressly clear that the company is under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.

If any colored internal or external components are to be replaced, there will be an effort to ensure that the shades match with the original or other components. The replaced shades, patterns, tints may vary from the customer's unit due to continuous usages of the unit. Any matching components changed at customer's request will be on chargeable basis except the component which actually needed.

Warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:

The product is not operated according to the instructions given in the operating Instruction booklet.

In case of any damage to the product/customer abuse/repair by unauthorized person/misuse detected/product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, etc accidental or incidental spillage of any kind of liquid on the device, device subjected to extreme temperature/atmospheric condition, water logging in the product, non specified charger usage, any kind of breaking or cutting of wires, improper or reckless use, defects developed by due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of   d.

This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period (as determined by proof of purchase), even if the product may not be in use for anytime during the warranty period for any reason.

Deterioration/peeling of colour of product due to normal wear & tear/usage.

Issues pertaining to look & feel of the product, dim display under sunlight, low sound quality due to dust/dirt accumulation

Refund & Replacement Policy

Refund/Replacement is only applicable if requested within 1 day of the receipt of the product and is allowed for below conditions only

1.Delayed Delivery of the product
In case the product is not received, the customer can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the customer within 14 working days. (Widzet is not responsible for delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities or national holidays).

Under condition 2 & 3, we will arrange for the pickup. The Refund/Replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of complete product with gift box & accessories. The cost of any missing /damaged items (including the gift box) apart from those notified earlier, will be debited from the advance payment done & balance amount will be refunded. If replacement is demanded, then the cost of any missing item(s) needs to be paid in advance prior to the shipment of replacement product
Under no condition refund/replacement will be provided for any electrically ok /defect free product on pretext of look & feel or minor difference in shade/color or sound quality.
